This IT platform allows the Logistics Division to provide advance logistics and value added services.
The IT system can be seamlessly connected to customer own IT systems or ERP to provide process automation and efficiency of information exchange. The system also provides WMS functions to track and monitor inventory.
The objective of the entire system is to provide a complete set of functions and capabilities to ensure the most efficient collaboration between DTW and customers.
Major modules of our information system include:

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
CSP (Customer Service Platform) - Include key accounts, information feedback, bar code scanning, in-transit shipment visibility, order management, on-line ordering, order printing, and downloading query and POD scanning.
CCP (Carrier Cooperation Platform) - Including cargo track, cargo forecast, cargo signed and received, management of anomaly and report statistics.
