的中英文名称、成分表、危规等级等；并须事先向承运人（船东）咨询是否承运。
2、报价：根据客户的具体出运要求：包括货品特性、目的港、船期要求、交货条件、及其它特殊要求，向客户作初步报价；报价表内容包括：海运费+附加费+码头费+报关费+文
件费+拖车费（+其它代理费用）；报价表内还需提供大概的船期资料；切记绝不能向客户保证船期；
3、收委托书：客户按“承运委托书”内容，填写具体的资料，完整清晰，的“承运委托书”内容。
